| This short video piece documents one man's annoyance with CCTV cameras, one of which has been pointing at the window of his home. In order to prove that the police are actively selective in what they observe, he dresses in an alien costume on the street in order to attract their attention. The video makes the point that although in use since around 1992, no Government guidelines exist for CCTV controllers or regarding privacy laws. |
