Big Sky - Rosenthwaite

A television programme in the Big Sky series follows a group of well-equipped walkers as they set off from Rosenthwaite in the Lake District.

Following a map, they walk past the smoking chimneys of rural homes and cross into open countryside. They climb into the hills to scenes of quiet beauty.

This short programme is attractively shot using the strong shadows and bright highlights of the low winter sunshine and is well edited to convey a sense of exciting movement. This video recording lasts 7 minutes and 51 seconds.
