Art in Scotland Degree Show 2002 - Duncan of Jordanstone (1 of 2)
Four final year students at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art talk about their work in an edition of the TV series Art in Scotland, recorded at the 2002 Degree Show.
We see examples of the work of a ceramic artist who uses computer-aided design to develop her ideas which are heavily influenced by the architecture of southern Europe and Arabic countries, a textile designer who has taken a particular interest in corsetry, a jewellery designer experimenting with rubber and fabric as a new way of wearing jewellery and a visual artist who uses layers of photographs as the inspiration for her paintings. This video recording lasts 10 minutes and 57 seconds.
Community Media Association has non exclusive rights for the use of the work in The Showcase, but the overall copyright rests with The Broadcasting Trust.
