Catching The Light :Flexercise
A sixty second video, made as part of the ‘Catching the Light’ project; supported by Somerset Film and Video, with the aim of encouraging people to write, shoot and edit their own one-minute film. This short is presented by an older woman, who speaks about a local group who get together every week for ‘Flexercise’ – chair based exercise aimed at older people, to improve flexibility and movement. Contact details are given. Many of the other 1-minute films made as part of the ‘Catching The Light’ are also featured on The Showcase.
