Fife Youth Jazz Orchestra
A radio programme in which Iain Rae Hutchinson discusses the Fife Youth Jazz Orchestra with its Musical Director Richard Michael. The programme includes full-length recordings of accomplished performances by young musicians. It also explores Richard Michael's philosophy for music teaching and recounts the development of the orchestra, discussing the different levels of musicianship which are reflected in the three bands which make up Fife Youth Jazz Orchestra. This is a programme of value to those interested in music teaching and/or the future development of jazz music. The programme lasts for 29 minutes and 27 seconds.
