Eric Tansley Interview (RAF, 1920s-1950s)
    This audio recording is unedited, raw footage of an interview with Mr Eric Tansley (born 1920) discussing his life experiences, from his schooldays to the RAF during the Second World War and his extensive work in the shoe trade.

Edna Alderwick & Hilda Stacey Interview (1900s - 1920s)
    This audio recording is unedited, raw footage of an interview with Edna Alderwick (born 1906) discussing her life experiences, with her sister Hilda Stacey also present and continuing the interview.

Mrs Hurst Interview (1910s - 1940s)
    This audio recording is raw, unedited material of an interview with Mrs Hurst (born 1911) speaking about her life experiences in the first half of the 20th century. Due to the raw nature of the recording, there are some interruptions and a few abrupt endings mid-sentence.

Coal Miner Interview (1920s - 1980s)
    This audio recording is raw, unedited footage of an interview with a man (born 1907) who describes his working life, mainly as a coal miner in the North East of England.

Female Sales Representative Interview (1900s - 1940s)
    This audio recording is raw, unedited footage of an interview with a woman (born in 1895) who describes her work as a sales representative during the First World War in Northampton.

Cocktail Waiter
    A very short film, giving a fast moving close-up view of the skills of a Cocktail Waiter at a small party. Apart from the accompanying music, there is no soundtrack.

Berlin Tapes (3 of 3)
    The last of a series of three Scottish videos, prepared for broadcast on Berlin's Offener Kanal cable channel in 1994, this programme is entirely devoted to a short film. The story of Richard G. Campbell’s award winning drama ‘Ghost Dancer’ is based on the aftermath of the closure of Ravenscraig Steel Mill in 1992.
